Description

  • Create, test, and maintain intuitive, dependable interfaces for mpathic’s web applications.
  • Turn complex data, AI-generated results, and workflows into clear, actionable user experiences.
  • Connect frontend applications to REST APIs and related services alongside backend engineers.
  • Develop wireframes and support product and interaction design efforts.
  • Convert user needs into practical, effective interface solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across devices and environments.
  • Develop reusable, scalable frontend components while advancing consistent UI patterns and standards.
  • Produce clean, efficient, maintainable, thoroughly tested, and well-documented code.
  • Partner with engineering, product, AI, and other teams from initial concepts through delivery and production.
  • Diagnose complex frontend problems and strengthen application performance, architecture, and user experience.
  • Assess emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry practices for practical adoption.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in frontend development.
  • Advanced knowledge of React and its ecosystem, including Redux and React Query.
  • Strong command of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Practical experience with CSS-in-JS solutions such as Emotion or Styled Components.
  • Experience developing and optimizing data-rich web applications with charts, graphs, complex workflows, and real-time updates.
  • Solid knowledge of state management, reusable component architecture, component libraries, and frontend performance optimization.
  • Experience with modern styling approaches such as Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules, or comparable technologies.
  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and current frontend development standards.
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
  • Ability to present examples of previous frontend engineering and product development work.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take ownership independently while working effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity about emerging frontend technologies and a pragmatic approach to assessing new tools and methods.
