Description
- Manage a range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support
- Communicate directly with clients throughout their cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations
- Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborate effectively with a team-oriented legal group
- Support the launch and growth of the new Atlanta office
- Contribute to the culture and success of the Atlanta team
Requirements
- At least four years of family law experience
- Family law experience is preferred; litigation candidates interested in family law are also encouraged to apply
- Active admission to the Georgia State Bar
- Excellent writing and communication skills with careful attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands while maintaining a client-focused approach
