Description
- Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing
- Use PySpark and Databricks for complex transformations and data workflows
- Improve pipelines for performance, scalability, and cloud cost efficiency
- Work with engineering and business teams to turn requirements into effective data solutions
- Diagnose and prevent data processing issues and pipeline bottlenecks

Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience building production data engineering solutions
- Strong command of PySpark
- Substantial practical experience with Databricks
- Advanced knowledge of Databricks AutoLoader
- Advanced Python skills
- Knowledge of data engineering best practices, performance tuning, and compute cost optimization
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end ETL processes
- Experience with complex data transformations and pipeline optimization
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Clear communication of technical concepts to technical and business audiences
