Description

  • Oversee Trait and Germplasm royalty operations and governance across ITS/VLS and Cultive Biotec systems;
  • Manage licensing contracts and related workflows with internal teams and external partners;
  • Lead the Multiplier Portal’s daily operation and continuous improvement, maintaining data quality and recommending enhancements;
  • Manage databases, KPIs, and strategic Power BI dashboards to convert data into business insights;
  • Review data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and automate operational processes;
  • Analyze scenarios, KPIs, and strategic information to inform business decisions;
  • Act as the department’s primary contact for data, royalties, licensing, and relationship-management topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification;
  • Experience in agribusiness, ideally in licensing or a related function;
  • Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query/M, and data modeling;
  • Knowledge of soybean and corn markets and their production processes;
  • Fluent English, with the ability to read and analyze contracts;
  • Analytical, organized, proactive, and practical working style;
  • Ability to work with systems, interpret scenarios, and turn findings into recommendations;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
