Description

  • Lead and advance plant and project controlling for production sites and major projects
  • Design management frameworks, KPIs, standards, and processes that support effective oversight
  • Own budget planning and recurring forecasts for plants and major projects
  • Investigate variances and operational root causes, then develop targeted action plans
  • Provide plant, project, and specialist teams with robust analyses and practical recommendations
  • Develop clear and effective management reporting systems
  • Prepare financial and operational performance information for management and specialist decision-making
  • Establish controlling standards and processes in partnership with specialist departments
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and, when needed, lead sub-projects or entire projects

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable discipline, specializing in controlling, finance, or accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling
  • Strong capability in planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Experience in plant, production, or project controlling is advantageous
  • Track record of establishing controlling structures, processes, and KPIs
  • Ability to understand complex production and project relationships quickly and present financial and operational information clearly for decision-making
  • Clear, audience-aware communication and confidence when working with plant and project leaders, specialist departments, and executive management
  • Independent, organized, and solution-focused working style
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent topics while maintaining focus on objectives and relevant details
  • Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA is advantageous
  • Very good German and English language skills
