- Guide customers in applying AI to improve employee productivity and process efficiency
- Deliver AI training, workshops, and individual coaching sessions
- Identify and assess practical AI use cases within customer environments
- Assess AI technologies and platforms, validate solution concepts, and apply established best practices
- Help customers achieve substantial efficiency improvements through AI adoption
- Design and develop AI and chatbot solutions
- Build and deploy AI-powered solutions that automate complex processes
- Operate across Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and hybrid environments
- Support customer engagements involving Technical FinOps, cloud governance, architecture, Kubernetes, migration planning, and AI platforms
Requirements
- Professional experience with public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or Azure
- Hands-on knowledge of current AI technologies, including GenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and OpenWebUI
- Strong background in data pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, Terraform, or comparable technologies
- Familiarity with data privacy, IT security, and the EU AI Act is advantageous
- Programming or scripting experience in Python, Go, or similar languages
- Expert-level understanding of DevOps practices
- Track record of developing and deploying AI- or data-driven solutions
- Fluent German and English communication skills
