Senior Banking Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Prepare and oversee FR Y-14M/Q regulatory reporting for KeyBank, combining data analysis, control execution, and submission accuracy. Help improve reporting governance, data quality, and related banking processes.

Description

  • Prepare, validate, analyze, and submit assigned FR Y-14M/Q regulatory reports to the Federal Reserve
  • Act as the subject matter expert for designated regulatory reports, schedules, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate reporting work across stakeholders to meet regulatory submission deadlines
  • Complete manual adjustments, validation procedures, and edit checks
  • Execute regulatory reporting controls and governance activities
  • Identify, evaluate, and escalate reporting risks, process gaps, control weaknesses, and data quality issues
  • Maintain documentation, retained evidence, and control records in line with internal policies and regulatory expectations
  • Analyze large datasets to investigate variances, trends, and anomalies
  • Create and improve reporting metrics, monitoring routines, and analytical procedures
  • Support reporting changes, transformation initiatives, data modernization, process improvements, and issue remediation
  • Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Governance, Treasury, Data Management, Technology, and business teams
  • Build cross-functional expertise that supports business continuity, organizational resilience, and reporting governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, data analytics, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance, accounting, risk management, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience preparing Federal Reserve regulatory reports, such as FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, Call Reports, or FFIEC reports
  • Understanding of data governance, risk management, and reporting control frameworks
  • Experience using SQL, SAS, Axiom, Power BI, or comparable data analysis and reporting platforms

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $69,000 to $105,000
  • Eligibility for incentive compensation, potentially including production, commission, or discretionary incentives
