Senior AI Security Risk Analyst at Sony Interactive Entertainment (California Remote)

Lead security risk assessments for AI systems, agents, and workflows at Sony Interactive Entertainment. Guide secure design, governance, and remediation from early development through launch readiness.

Description

  • Conduct hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases and systems from initial design through launch readiness
  • Evaluate end-to-end architectures for significant security risks, control weaknesses, data lineage and classification issues, and operational concerns
  • Convert assessment findings into practical, risk-based recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to monitor remediation
  • Offer early-stage consultation, security education, and reusable guidance for AI initiatives
  • Coordinate with Responsible AI and Governance, security, and technical teams to ensure consistent review practices
  • Apply security tools and discovery data to surface emerging risks, engage responsible owners, and support remediation efforts
  • Record security reviews and findings in SIE governance, risk, and compliance systems
  • Advance AI security requirements, assessment methods, reference architectures, and supporting tools
  • Monitor portfolio trends, report material risks and recurring weaknesses, and escalate issues requiring specialized expertise or additional risk authority

Requirements

  • At least six years of experience building, integrating, assessing, or securing technical systems, including substantial recent hands-on work with generative AI
  • Proficiency with contemporary AI application architectures and technology stacks
  • Ability to examine system designs, trace data flows and interactions, and uncover material security weaknesses
  • Solid understanding of identity, authorization, data protection, integrations, monitoring, and other security fundamentals
  • Ability to apply core security principles to AI-enabled and agentic systems and align them with established policies and frameworks
  • Experience working with AI tools, APIs, cloud platforms, software code, or automation
  • Ability to build credibility and influence across engineering, product, creative, business, and security organizations
  • Awareness of emerging AI technologies, evolving AI security threats, risk frameworks, and industry developments
  • Strong communication, empathy, judgment, creativity, willingness to challenge assumptions, comfort with ambiguity, relationship-building skills, and independent working ability
  • Relevant credentials are preferred, such as GAIPS, CISSP, CRISC, AIGP, CCSK, CCSP, or comparable AI, cloud, or security certifications
