Salesforce Data 360 Technical Architect
Design and optimize Salesforce Data 360 architecture and Agentforce integrations for VXForward. Build data ingestion, identity resolution, modeling, and enterprise integration solutions.
Description
- Assess existing Data 360 implementations and recommend improvements.
- Find and address performance issues in identity resolution, ingestion pipelines, and calculated insights.
- Design scalable Data 360 architecture for Sales Transformation and RCA Migration needs.
- Set up and optimize batch and streaming ingestion connectors.
- Connect S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, and Kafka to Data 360 using Zero Copy and standard ingestion frameworks.
- Map source data streams to Data Model Objects with the Cloud Information Model and custom schemas.
- Configure Data 360 as the context and grounding layer for Agentforce.
- Enable real-time data access, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Configure Data 360, build DataWeave transformations and segments, create calculated insights, and integrate APIs.
Requirements
- Bring deep architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or Data Cloud.
- Have direct experience configuring Data 360 data layers to ground Agentforce agents in trusted enterprise data.
- Be able to configure standard and custom connectors, real-time streaming, batch ingestion, and Zero Copy data architecture.
- Be proficient with Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Stream Objects (DSOs), and identity resolution rulesets.
- Have hands-on experience with identity resolution, data harmonization, governance, security modeling, and enterprise data flows.
