Coordinate sales administration and ERP master data for Axalta in France. Manage pricing, commercial reporting, data quality, and month-end sales information.

Description

  • Maintain pricing conditions, including prices, discounts, rebates, and commercial agreements.
  • Process price increases and prepare Excel files for the external IT contact integrating updates into SAGE.
  • Review sales data for consistency and compliance, ensuring reliable information across both entities.
  • Assist sales representatives and Sales Managers with pricing, margins, and commercial terms.
  • Handle pricing-change requests and help resolve order and invoicing issues.
  • Support month-end closing activities involving commercial data.
  • Create and maintain item, customer, supplier, pricing, and product master records.
  • Validate logistics, commercial, and pricing data before ERP integration.
  • Verify the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data in Axalta Axcess and PAD.
  • Establish, document, and apply master data management standards.
  • Help optimize and restructure databases and their supporting processes.
  • Produce recurring reports for business activity monitoring.
  • Extract and consolidate information from the ERP system and Excel.
  • Perform targeted analyses of pricing, margins, and sales performance.
  • Deliver reliable management indicators, especially during month-end closing.
  • Report to the Country Leader and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, sales representatives, and Sales Managers.

Requirements

  • Substantial sales administration experience with a sound grasp of pricing, discounts, margins, and other commercial fundamentals.
  • Advanced Excel capability for analysis, reporting, and preparing pricing-update files.
  • Hands-on ERP experience; SAGE familiarity is useful, while experience with another ERP system is acceptable.
  • Background in maintaining master data, including items, customers, prices, and pricing conditions.
  • Methodical and detail-focused, with the discipline to maintain dependable data for two entities.
  • Knowledge of SAGE.
  • Experience with pricing, master data, margin analysis, or financial reporting.
  • Ability to spot improvement opportunities and support process restructuring.
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable partnering with sales teams and Sales Managers.
