Retail Designer (Maternity Leave Cover)

Create graphic, point-of-sale, and audiovisual content for Decathlon stores. Use brand standards, Figma, AI tools, and 3D modeling to support merchandising.

Description

  • Create and adapt branded print and point-of-sale materials that showcase products in stores.
  • Develop and animate graphic and print assets for Decathlon’s updated merchandising.
  • Produce and animate audiovisual content for in-store digital screens.
  • Deliver digital materials for public spaces nationwide on schedule.
  • Apply and maintain the updated Brand ID across store openings, renovations, and space optimization projects.
  • Work on the local BrandStore to ensure consistency across Chile and alignment with the global brand.
  • Test new materials with the Concept team and validate formats through 3D proposals.
  • Use AI tools and Figma to streamline creative work, collaboration, and graphic innovation.
  • Plan and manage design requests and projects.

Requirements

  • Degree or training in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • At least three years of design or creative direction experience in an agency, company, or related area.
  • Advanced Adobe skills for print and digital work, including Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Fluent in Figma.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for optimizing graphic assets.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp.
  • Able to design and adapt work across multiple formats.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Able to listen to and incorporate feedback from internal and external clients.
  • English proficiency is a plus, but not required.
  • Passionate about sports, energetic, responsible, generous, authentic, and committed to the brand.
  • Practical creativity, independence, a bias toward action and challenges, strong organization, an agile mindset, and adaptability.
