Remote Project Manager, Data Projects
Coordinate regional data projects and dashboards by aligning stakeholders, teams, and information across markets. Manage timelines, risks, governance, and status reporting.
Description
- Track project progress to keep deadlines and deliverables on course
- Coordinate the stakeholders and teams contributing to the initiative
- Lead project tracking, alignment, and governance processes
- Organize and consolidate information gathered from multiple sources
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders across markets and regions
- Surface risks, blockers, and areas needing attention, and drive action plans as needed
- Create and maintain status reports, metrics, and other project tracking materials
- Join alignment meetings with regional and international teams
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager
- Background coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience with project tracking, governance, and alignment activities
- Experience delivering projects involving data, BI, dashboards, or information consolidation
- Experience collaborating with regional or international teams
- Advanced English proficiency with strong written and spoken communication
- Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and prioritization abilities
- Experience working with projects that draw on multiple data sources
- Experience supporting BI, dashboard, or reporting initiatives
- Background in multinational environments and projects spanning multiple markets
