Remote Corporate Communications Specialist

Support internal and external communications for CLEAResult, a sustainable energy-efficiency company. Manage communications calendars, intranet content, newsletters, and corporate communications programs.

Description

  • Develop internal and external communications materials, including corporate collateral, public relations, CSR, and thought leadership content
  • Write, edit, and format communications with company teams and leaders
  • Own the internal communications calendar
  • Coordinate daily communications activities across departments
  • Keep intranet content current and accurate
  • Improve and implement the internal communications intake and project management process
  • Develop a network of content owners and publishers
  • Write and distribute intranet updates, newsletters, and company-wide emails
  • Manage CLEAResult’s Glassdoor account, including responses to reviews
  • Use analytics to recommend improvements to communications programs, methods, and tools

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience writing in AP style
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Contact Monkey
  • Asana experience is preferred but not required
  • Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements, where applicable
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations, where applicable
  • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or support
  • Successful completion of pre-employment checks
