Remote Community Manager Intern

Support social content, e-commerce campaigns, community engagement, and influencer outreach for DJOSSYE’s eco-friendly stain-removal business. This is a fully remote, two-month internship.

Description

  • Track social platforms for industry news, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Create content and launch e-commerce campaigns across social media channels.
  • Design visual assets and write presentation copy.
  • Coordinate contests and giveaway initiatives.
  • Build posting calendars to schedule content in advance.
  • Measure campaign results and interpret performance metrics.
  • Identify and contact prospective customers through digital channels.
  • Respond to community messages, comments, and ongoing conversations.
  • Draft and prepare promotional campaigns.
  • Shape an influencer marketing plan and contact relevant influencers.

Requirements

  • Bring a creative approach to content and campaign development.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Use Canva confidently to create visual content.
  • Be available for the full two-month internship.
