Description
- Oversee a client portfolio that may expand from 2–3 accounts to 10–12.
- Coordinate content and marketing deliverables as clients’ primary contact.
- Guide content onboarding and set shared goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Build content plans around client objectives and SpeakrBrand’s growth framework.
- Develop and deliver social media and marketing content from brainstorming through execution.
- Partner with design, video, and copy teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Coordinate with Growth Strategists to tie content plans to measurable business outcomes.
- Track timelines, tasks, and communication in Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Loom.
- Set creative and strategic direction for content and campaigns.
- Strengthen client content results, satisfaction, and retention.
- Turn clients’ stories and expertise into authoritative social posts, LinkedIn content, newsletters, and creative work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in account management, marketing strategy, content creation, or similar work.
- Demonstrated success building personal or executive brands on platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience ghostwriting for executives or thought leaders.
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Loom.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to manage several clients and projects at once.
- Sound judgment, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Preferred: experience with Instagram content strategy.
- Preferred: familiarity with Substack or other newsletter platforms.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI tools for content creation or workflow efficiency.
- Preferred: a strong creative eye.
