Description

  • Accurately prepare and process customer invoices on schedule
  • Review unbilled reports, explain variances, and help drive resolution
  • Investigate and resolve short-paid invoices
  • Partner with functional departments to address billing issues
  • Prepare billing reconciliations and related analyses
  • Deliver work by critical deadlines and support departmental objectives
  • Lead billing meetings with internal and external customers
  • Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with no experience, or a diploma plus three years of work experience, is typically required
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual setting, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Excellent customer communication and service skills, with close attention to detail
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP or another large-corporation enterprise system is preferred
  • Billing or finance certification or additional related training is a plus
