Regional Health Services Director
Oversee resident care, medication programs, and staff training across Oakmont Management Group senior living communities in California. This onsite role supports multiple communities within an assigned region.
Description
- Provide resident care support to assigned communities
- Ensure residents receive suitable wellness care and help with daily living activities
- Manage resident care and medication programs
- Put related policies into practice and oversee compliance
- Ensure RealPage is used according to company standards
- Provide support across multiple communities in the assigned region
- Train and educate staff
Requirements
- Hold a current California Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Assisted living clinical experience is preferred
- Four years of experience in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) is preferred
- Three years of experience supervising and managing employees is preferred
- Hold a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
- Be able to teach and train staff effectively
- Be able to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
- Pass a criminal background check and health screening, including physical and tuberculosis tests
- Depending on regulatory guidelines, vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of face coverings and other personal protective equipment may be required
