  • Provide resident care support to assigned communities
  • Ensure residents receive suitable wellness care and help with daily living activities
  • Manage resident care and medication programs
  • Put related policies into practice and oversee compliance
  • Ensure RealPage is used according to company standards
  • Provide support across multiple communities in the assigned region
  • Train and educate staff

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Hold a current California Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse license in good standing
  • Assisted living clinical experience is preferred
  • Four years of experience in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) is preferred
  • Three years of experience supervising and managing employees is preferred
  • Hold a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
  • Be able to teach and train staff effectively
  • Be able to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
  • Pass a criminal background check and health screening, including physical and tuberculosis tests
  • Depending on regulatory guidelines, vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of face coverings and other personal protective equipment may be required
