Description

  • Support projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Apply PMO governance standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices across projects
  • Help project managers create plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, resource utilization, and key performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and executive presentations
  • Organize steering committee meetings, project reviews, governance activities, and audit preparation
  • Coordinate communication between project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
  • Maintain accurate data in project management systems and reporting tools
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation needs while supporting mitigation planning
  • Improve PMO processes and reporting practices continuously

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, computer science, or a related discipline
  • At least eight years of overall professional experience
  • At least four years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support
  • Solid knowledge of project management methods, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting
  • Strong capabilities in documentation, reporting, and presentations
  • Well-developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
