Lead PMO governance and delivery for Rabobank’s Elevate transformation program focused on operational risk and resilience. Manage planning, budgets, resources, controls, and executive reporting.

Description

  • Lead delivery of Rabobank’s Elevate transformation program for operational risk and resilience
  • Oversee program governance, financial management, resource planning, and integrated scheduling
  • Run daily PMO operations and coordinate delivery across workstreams and external partners
  • Maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and schedule changes
  • Develop and enhance governance frameworks, controls, and reporting practices
  • Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, executive decisions, and action completion
  • Prepare program reports, dashboards, and governance materials
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, financial reconciliations, and investment tracking
  • Lead assurance reviews, audits, and remediation work
  • Coordinate resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, and vendor relationships
  • Develop effective partnerships with business, technology, risk, and finance stakeholders
  • Coach project teams on governance standards and project management practices
  • Enhance PMO processes, tools, reporting, and controls
  • Provide direction and support to PMO and project services staff

Requirements

  • At least eight years of experience leading PMOs, managing programs, delivering enterprise transformations, or working in large-scale delivery environments
  • Demonstrated success overseeing governance, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and budgets exceeding $25 million
  • Experience supporting complex transformation programs in banking or another regulated sector
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Strong financial judgment and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Advanced knowledge of program governance, integrated planning, resource and benefits management, and risk and control frameworks
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
