Production Supervisor, Pallet Manufacturing

Description

  • Uphold safety practices, meet production targets, and maintain product quality.
  • Guide and mentor the site’s production team.
  • Sort pallets, make minor repairs, operate forklifts, and assist customers.
  • Oversee production and provide customer support when needed.
  • Work overtime or rotating shifts as operational needs require.
  • Partner with plant management to develop employees and keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two to three years of experience in a warehouse or comparable facility.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Ability to communicate regularly and effectively with plant management.
  • Ability to work in demanding conditions, including exposure to outdoor elements, heat, cold, and airborne particles.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50–75 pounds and bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand throughout shifts of varying lengths.
  • Required personal protective equipment includes eye protection, hearing protection at some locations, and safety shoes.
  • Near, distance, and color vision.
  • Good balance and hand, eye, and foot coordination.
