Product Engineer, Ads Engine
Build ElevenLabs’ AI-powered advertising engine across data pipelines, agent tools, and user interfaces. Own product decisions spanning ad creation, localization, launch, and performance learning.
Description
- Develop an ads engine that learns brand guidelines, creative preferences, and performance across markets.
- Plan, generate, localize, and launch ads on major advertising platforms, then use results to improve them.
- Act as a founding engineer responsible for a product area.
- Speak with users, choose what to build, and deliver it across the stack.
- Build data pipelines, agent tools, and user interfaces.
- Bring competitive intelligence into the engine’s weekly briefs.
- Launch new advertising formats.
- Take broad ownership, making product decisions without a product manager or a predefined specification.
Requirements
- Have built and shipped a product end to end without a supplied specification, ideally as a founder or early engineer.
- Bring strong full-stack product engineering skills; either frontend or backend specialization is suitable.
- Be able to build a pipeline, an agent tool, and a user interface.
- Have practical experience building with LLMs and agents, including tools, retrieval, and evaluations.
- Proactively speak with users and prioritize what to build first and why.
- Be able to work in European time zones.
- Bonus: experience with advertising platforms, ad tech, or marketing tools.
- Bonus: experience with analytics and attribution.
- Bonus: experience with web builders and content management systems.
- Bonus: a strong creative eye.
