Product Data Analyst — Grow Therapy (Hybrid)

Lead product analytics for Grow Therapy’s mental health marketplace, supporting dashboards, experimentation, and decisions across the Lives Covered team. Help improve claims collection and streamline billing for covered members.

Description

  • Provide product reporting and analytical insights for Grow Therapy.
  • Support the Lives Covered team on Billing and Payments initiatives.
  • Work with Product and technical partners to define and prioritize analytical needs.
  • Inform launches, business decisions, and ad hoc requests with clear analysis.
  • Build, maintain, and improve product and performance reporting.
  • Create dependable datasets and dashboards for critical business workflows.
  • Contribute to experiment and A/B test design, execution, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Develop visualizations and data narratives for varied audiences.
  • Contribute to complex analytical work, including data modeling and OKR planning.
  • Partner with data scientists and engineers to strengthen data access, quality, accuracy, reliability, and pipelines.
  • Find ways to increase claims collection and reduce billing friction.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience applying analytics to business challenges across multiple products, projects, or teams.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of experimental design, including A/B testing.
  • Strong experience creating business-critical dashboards and visualizations, preferably in Hex.
  • Experience with dbt-based data modeling, or the willingness to develop that skill.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively through data storytelling, including to executives.
  • Experience working with healthcare data, especially claims lifecycles and patient billing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office schedule on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from a New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle hub.
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States.
