Procurement Specialist - Oklahoma City Hybrid

Manage government procurement for CACI’s naval technology programs, including Procure-to-Pay operations, contracts, supplier sourcing, and compliance. Support NavalX and ONR through purchasing, reporting, vendor coordination, and cost control.

Description

  • Handle Procure-to-Pay activities for line and spot purchases
  • Administer purchasing card transactions and complete monthly reconciliations
  • Negotiate agreements and oversee supplier relationships
  • Apply federal procurement regulations and internal company policies
  • Review Bills of Materials and Performance Work Statements
  • Keep procurement records and program trackers accurate and current
  • Run sourcing events and coordinate the full procurement lifecycle
  • Identify and evaluate prospective suppliers
  • Produce procurement status reports and perform quality checks
  • Work with internal teams to address purchasing requirements
  • Provide operational and logistics support
  • Contribute to program analysis and cost-control activities
  • Travel occasionally to supplier sites or other company locations as needed

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of procurement experience, preferably in government contracting
  • Working proficiency with Procure-to-Pay systems and government purchasing card programs
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and sole-source justifications
  • Ability to interpret technical materials, including Bills of Materials and Performance Work Statements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and managing multiple projects
  • Government procurement experience in defense, maritime, or aerospace is preferred
  • Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations is preferred
  • Procurement or supply chain certification, such as CPSM or CPSD, is preferred
  • Familiarity with DCMA and DCAA requirements is preferred
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
