Procurement Data Analyst - London Hybrid

Description

  • Collect, organise and analyse procurement data
  • Deliver insight that supports business-wide decision-making
  • Work with colleagues to clarify their information requirements
  • Spot trends and contribute to improvements in services, supplier performance and operational efficiency
  • Assess compliance, spend and supplier activity data
  • Explain information clearly and present analytical findings
  • Partner with colleagues across a range of teams
  • Build procurement and analytical expertise with guidance from experienced colleagues

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge of data analysis methods
  • Ability to interpret, cleanse and structure data into useful insight
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Working knowledge of procurement, contract management or commercial data
  • Ability to assess compliance, spend and supplier activity information
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups and data manipulation functions
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and present findings effectively
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Collaborative working style and confidence engaging with colleagues across different teams
  • Positive, curious approach with a willingness to learn new systems, tools and ways of working
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Must live in England or Wales throughout employment
  • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
