Procurement Data Analyst (Hybrid, London)

Analyze supplier and spend data for Clarion Housing Group in a hybrid London role. Help strengthen procurement compliance, supplier performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Description

  • Collect, structure, and evaluate procurement data
  • Translate analysis into insights that inform business decisions
  • Partner with colleagues to clarify their information requirements
  • Spot trends and recommend improvements to services, supplier performance, and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with the Procurement team and stakeholders across the organisation
  • Build analytical capability while developing practical procurement experience
  • Travel to other Clarion offices occasionally when required
  • Work between home and the office on an agreed schedule set with the line manager

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge of data analysis methods and techniques
  • Can interpret, cleanse, and structure data to generate useful insights
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Working familiarity with procurement, contract management, or commercial data
  • Understands compliance, spend, and supplier activity data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation functions
  • Able to explain information clearly and present findings in an accessible way
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Works collaboratively and confidently with colleagues across different teams
  • Positive, curious, and willing to learn new systems, tools, and working practices
  • Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Must reside in England or Wales throughout employment
