Pricing Analytics and Product Development Intern

Support GM Financial’s North American auto finance products through pricing analytics, data management, subvention program analysis, and business presentations.

Description

  • Manage, analyze, and report on pricing data for North American loan and lease products
  • Assist with subvention partner invoicing and maintain program, collateral, and credit data
  • Analyze data to assess its effects on business operations
  • Complete ad hoc research projects, from planning and data collection through analysis, findings summaries, and presentations
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to advance company objectives
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher at an accredited college or university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or another business-related field
  • Have at least one semester remaining when the internship begins
  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 overall GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Present effectively and communicate with business leaders
  • Apply strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities
  • Maintain close attention to detail and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
  • Integrate AI into workflows to improve efficiency or generate insights
  • Understand AI-assisted research, summarization, and content-generation tools
  • Apply responsible AI practices, including ethics and data protection
  • This role does not provide immigration-related sponsorship
  • Senior classification and Excel proficiency are preferred; prior internships are advantageous
