- Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and design networking solutions.
- Present technical solutions and run demonstrations.
- Develop architectures and proposals that meet customer objectives.
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements.
- Complete advanced training and certification programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to position solutions and support adoption.
- Help grow HPE Networking business among SLED and enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Bring at least five years of networking infrastructure experience.
- Have prior experience as a networking systems engineer or in a similar role.
- Experience in network design, installation, services, and support is preferred.
- Have experience in government, higher education, K–12, enterprise, or service provider sectors.
- Know network design principles and protocols.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Live in the greater Ohio area or be willing to travel to customer sites across the region.
- Understanding of SLED and enterprise environments and procurement processes is preferred.
- Interest in network automation, AI-driven operations, and cloud-managed networking is preferred.
