Description

  • Design and manage the PMO’s digital infrastructure, reporting systems, and Jira/Confluence data structures
  • Identify, develop, and monitor AI-enabled workflow automations
  • Evaluate opportunities for AI and intelligent automation within the department
  • Track and report efficiency improvements and operational effects of implemented solutions
  • Serve as the main contact for departmental requests submitted through the formal Project Management Tooling (PMT) process
  • Apply standards for document ownership and information lifecycle management
  • Establish and maintain protocols for core project and department meeting cycles
  • Work with project and department leaders to define and document processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Help document and administer departmental standards and policies
  • Help produce and maintain departmental status reports
  • Analyze infotainment topics across pre-series and series programs at the Chattanooga factory
