Performance Marketing Specialist
Manage digital advertising and search campaigns for Avis Greece, using analytics to improve campaign performance and return on investment. The role spans SEM, SEO, paid media, reporting, and collaboration across business units.
Description
- Develop and deliver digital strategies across online advertising, website optimization, social media, mobile, and performance marketing
- Manage and improve SEM campaigns for multiple business units
- Audit advertising accounts regularly
- Refine keywords, ads, device settings, and audience bids
- Oversee campaign analytics, metrics, and reporting
- Recommend campaign improvements based on data
- Apply SEO best practices and manage Google Ads programs
- Work with colleagues to analyze data and improve account efficiency and return on investment using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related discipline
- At least four years of digital marketing experience; performance marketing experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of SEM, especially Google Ads
- Knowledge of paid social media and programmatic advertising is an advantage
- Track affiliate performance each day
- Experience with Excel, Google Analytics, business intelligence, and performance marketing tools or platforms
- Keep up with emerging digital marketing technologies and trends
- Collaborative, ethical, and dependable approach to work
- Able to work independently
- Able to manage several active tasks as priorities change while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Take initiative and proactively suggest improvements
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
