Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service through the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Foster a positive team environment by contributing suggestions, ideas, and concerns
  • Support customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom activities
  • Handle daily retail operations, including point-of-sale use, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, store cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Set a strong example while working with Store Management to improve individual KPIs through sales-focused techniques
  • Apply Asset Protection policies covering shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • SPM, O Level, or a higher qualification
  • One to two years of work experience, preferably in retail
  • Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Ability to operate a retail point-of-sale system
  • Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
