Onsite Service Engineer – Wexford, Ireland

Sulzer is seeking a Service Engineer to inspect, maintain, and repair wastewater and stormwater pumping equipment. The role is based at the Wexford Service Centre and customer sites.

Description

  • Carry out planned inspections, fault diagnosis, and maintenance of pumping equipment at customer locations
  • Service and repair industrial, municipal, and commercial wastewater and stormwater pumping systems
  • Take full ownership of assigned duties and responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely repair, service, and technical reports
  • Contribute to initiatives that support a better working environment
  • Build effective client relationships and deliver high standards of service

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical ability and practical aptitude
  • A committed approach to workplace health and safety
  • Confident computer skills for reporting and communication
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively while managing pressure and deadlines
  • Consistently high attention to detail
  • A full manual driving licence; automatic-only licences are not accepted
