NetSuite Administrator - Pune Onsite

Description

  • Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration activities
  • Provision and remove user access and roles
  • Help users create and modify saved searches and reports
  • Prioritize requests for system enhancements
  • Maintain integrations between NetSuite and other applications
  • Investigate root causes and implement remediation steps
  • Create customer, vendor, item, and employee master records
  • Develop customized saved searches and reports
  • Handle ongoing access administration and data corrections
  • Maintain and expand the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) library
  • Escalate issues to business stakeholders, application owners, or NetSuite support
  • Update runbooks for scheduled system changes
  • Work with Development and Business Analyst teams on administrative support
  • Complete sandbox refreshes and related pre- and post-refresh activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus at least three years of relevant NetSuite ERP experience across Finance, Procurement, or Order-to-Cash
  • Strong NetSuite ERP expertise, including setup, configuration, saved searches, and reporting
  • Understanding of NetSuite technical components such as scripts and workflows
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Experience with data mapping, system integrations, and process documentation
  • Background in system implementations or upgrades
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, active-listening, time-management, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of SOX audits
  • Ability to complete CSV imports and mass updates
  • Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts
