Nabisco Merchandiser and Order Writer

Stock and order Mondelēz snack products at stores in the Macomb area. Maintain displays and inventory while supporting retail sales across Michigan.

Description

  • Represent Mondelēz professionally in stores
  • Provide helpful service to store teams and shoppers
  • Visit assigned stores daily, follow DSD merchandising standards, and photograph displays using DMI
  • Build working relationships with receivers, store managers, and other store staff
  • Order products on an iPad using Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked
  • Set up promotional displays according to plans negotiated by the RTM
  • Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
  • Help with seasonal sales, product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
  • Share store observations, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management team
  • Move products from stock rooms to sales floors and stock shelves, using safe work practices

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver's license issued by your state of residence
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to different store locations
  • Be able to handle physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to lift, bend, and carry items repeatedly weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Be able to occasionally push and pull items weighing more than 50 pounds
  • Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Macomb, Michigan
  • Be available to work a schedule with Sundays and Fridays off
  • Be available to start at 6:00 a.m.
