Marketing Specialist (Remote, United States)

Description
- Help plan and deliver marketing events, from logistics through post-event follow-up
- Support marketing and demand generation campaigns and programs alongside the marketing team
- Provide day-to-day team support, including asset coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with partner marketing, design, product marketing, and demand generation teams to keep cross-functional work moving
- Coordinate and monitor marketing projects, maintaining alignment across timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Eager to learn and develop across multiple marketing disciplines
- Strong communicator who works effectively across teams
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with marketing or project management tools such as Asana, HubSpot, or Notion preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology preferred
- Able to travel up to 10% annually
- May need to participate in onsite interviews or complete in-person onboarding
