Marketing Automation Specialist Philippines Remote

Marketing Automation Specialist responsible for building GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, lead-routing systems, and campaign automations for Yokly. This full-time role is performed remotely from a permanent home office.

Description

  • Develop campaign strategies covering target audiences, messaging, and funnel flow
  • Implement campaign strategies in GoHighLevel with workflows, pipelines, and triggers
  • Create GHL snapshots and activate SaaS mode for new accounts
  • Set up automated lead tagging, scoring, and routing to the Sales team
  • Track automation results and refine workflows using performance data
  • Keep CRM records synchronized and accurate between GoHighLevel and the team

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in marketing, graphic artistry, graphic design, or a related design role
  • At least one year of experience creating workflows, pipelines, or automations with platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, or similar tools
  • Ability to approach campaigns strategically and develop the marketing plan, not only execute assigned tasks
  • Willingness to work hands-on with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • GoHighLevel experience is advantageous but not required
  • Availability to work full time
  • Ability to work from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time
