Description

  • Help create communications materials such as intranet and newsletter articles, brochures, collateral, and presentations
  • Contribute content for websites, intranets, social media, blog posts, and video
  • Assist media relations by researching outlets and reporters, maintaining contact lists, and tracking coverage of industry issues
  • Support employee meetings, lunch-and-learns, customer meetings, open houses, and other internal and external events
  • Organize and maintain audio, video, and photography libraries
  • Build practical communications and marketing experience through challenging project assignments

Requirements

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Major in communications, marketing, advertising, or public relations
  • Intermediate proficiency with the AP Stylebook
  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms and publishing on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Working comfort with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working comfort with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer
  • ITC does not sponsor employment visas, including H-1B or TN visas
