Description

  • Shape near-term and long-term strategy through rigorous analysis
  • Support the development and use of models for data testing and validation
  • Analyze high-volume data in changing and emerging environments
  • Contribute to brand growth across new and developing markets
  • Apply analytics to enhance the customer experience
  • Manage, coach, and support the growth of junior analysts
  • Own projects through completion and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units
  • Examine data to uncover critical organizational insights
  • Drive improvements to processes, data quality, and reporting
  • Analyze complex databases containing millions to billions of records
  • Increase operational efficiency and business effectiveness
  • Assess processes and tests through structured analysis
  • Evaluate product offerings by extracting and interpreting data
  • Advise on production system and data storage architecture and implementation
  • Design and execute strategic tests for products, initiatives, and marketing materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline with at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a master’s degree with at least 4 years of data analytics experience
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in data analysis
  • At least 4 years of programming experience
  • Master’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline preferred
  • At least 7 years of professional data analysis experience preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL preferred
  • At least 1 year of people management experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of project management experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of Tableau experience preferred
  • Experience developing with and using AWS services preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual reasoning skills
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently and collaboratively
  • Background in business intelligence strongly encouraged
