Legal Analyst – Dublin, Hybrid
Fenergo is seeking a Legal Analyst in Dublin to support commercial contract reviews, negotiations, and strategic legal guidance. The role partners with commercial, technical, and financial teams and reports to the Head of Legal (Sales & Commercial).
Description
- Support the full commercial contract review process
- Draft responses to customer legal and commercial requests in preparation for contract negotiations
- Evaluate customer relationship documents and related information to inform strategic advice for Fenergo business leaders
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Fenergo Legal Department
- Report directly to the Head of Legal (Sales & Commercial)
- Work closely with Fenergo’s commercial, technical, and financial teams
Requirements
- Law graduate with a strong academic record
- Genuine interest in commercial law
