- Evaluate and validate solution options to determine which deliver the strongest business outcomes
- Develop well-supported recommendations for decision-makers
- Guide stakeholders toward informed decisions
- Explore uncertainties and test underlying assumptions
- Understand the complete business lifecycle and customer needs
- Use domain expertise and industry practices to shape new features and requirements

Requirements
- 7–12 years of hands-on business analysis experience with software applications
- Background in data science, AI/ML, Agentic AI projects, and large-scale enterprise product development
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Wiki, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
- Solid experience working with Agile and Scrum processes
- Ability to validate, refine, and improve solution-option models
- Ability to assess alternatives and select those offering the greatest business value while balancing customer and product goals
- Ability to develop recommendations supported by clear rationale for decision-makers
- Ability to use effective influencing approaches to support organizational decisions
- Open-minded approach that welcomes fresh perspectives and avoids rigid thinking
- Willingness to investigate unfamiliar areas and question assumptions
- Practical judgment with a preference for straightforward solutions
- Understanding of end-to-end business lifecycles and explicit and implicit customer needs
- Strong domain understanding and the ability to envision features and requirements using industry best practices
- Ability to document requirements clearly for technical implementation
- Clear, concise writing tailored to the intended reader
- Professional document formatting with accurate spelling and grammar
- Ability to recognize missing, unclear, or incomplete content
