- Support culture, engagement, and employee satisfaction surveys, translating findings into practical actions
- Track and present employer-brand reputation and engagement metrics
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in employer branding, internal communications, or internal marketing
- Strong written and visual communication abilities
- Creative, innovative approach with the ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns
- Familiarity with Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus
- Experience managing social media platforms is a plus
