Description

  • Scale Meta as a user acquisition channel.
  • Build and optimize campaigns with AI tools.
  • Spot trends and develop creative hypotheses.
  • Work with creative teams to identify effective ad concepts and formats.
  • Test campaigns, audiences, and ad creatives through A/B experiments.
  • Turn performance insights into actionable briefs for designers.

Requirements

  • At least one year of performance marketing experience, including hands-on Meta Ads campaign management.
  • A solid grasp of Meta Ads campaign structure, audience targeting, creative formats, and attribution.
  • Practical experience applying AI tools to research, content, analysis, or campaign optimization.
  • Experience managing ad budgets and turning performance data into business forecasts and reports.
  • Strong organization and experience collaborating across teams.
  • A proactive approach to generating ideas and solving problems.
  • Fashion-tech experience is a plus.
