Pellegrina & Monteiro Advogados is seeking a junior civil litigation attorney to review legal publications, manage procedural deadlines, and represent clients at hearings. The role also includes administrative responsibilities in a high-volume litigation environment.
Description
- Review legal publications and organize related deadlines
- Ensure all procedural deadlines are met
- Represent clients as counsel at court hearings
- Manage administrative legal matters
Requirements
- Live in São Paulo or the Greater São Paulo area
- Hold an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration for at least one year
- Have prior experience reviewing legal publications and scheduling deadlines in a high-volume civil litigation practice representing defendant companies
- Be proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Understand civil litigation procedures and case workflows
