Description

  • Contribute to planning energy-efficient hotel renovation projects in an internal office-based capacity.
  • Create building models and technical drawings independently to support energy assessments.
  • Prepare funding applications, review documentation, and submit materials on schedule.
  • Assist project managers with the organized delivery of renovation projects in an internal office-based capacity.
  • Record project activities and outcomes accurately and transparently.

Requirements

  • Training or a degree in architectural drafting, civil engineering technology, architecture, or civil engineering is required.
  • Working knowledge of technical drawing or CAD software.
  • Experience producing technical documentation and reports.
  • A structured, conscientious, and self-directed approach to technical work.
  • Interest in sustainable construction and hospitality projects is desirable.
