Description

  • Develop and enhance the Funding Plan tool by incorporating balance-sheet projections, maturities, funding needs, and funding levers.
  • Automate and standardize inputs, validations, scenarios, and reports to maintain traceability and data quality.
  • Update and analyze the Funding Plan, identify variances, and prepare scenarios and tracking materials for COAP.
  • Research financing alternatives and benchmark their costs, tenors, and terms.
  • Support transaction structuring and execution with models, term sheets, schedules, documentation, and follow-up on open items.
  • Track milestones, covenants, reports, and documentation for completed transactions.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education in finance, business, or a related field.
  • At least two years of work experience in corporate finance, lending, or investment banking.
  • Prior experience working on the client side.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • May require a visa, work permit, or residence authorization, along with compliance with local legal and professional requirements.
