Support accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial close activities for Nestlé in Bolivia. Assist with audits, supplier payments, account analysis, and accounting process improvements.

Description

  • Oversee the accurate recording, monitoring, and analysis of accounts payable transactions.
  • Ensure supplier obligations are recorded accurately and on schedule.
  • Complete the recording, reconciliation, and analysis of general ledger accounts.
  • Support monthly accounting close activities in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Track outstanding items and balance sheet accounts through resolution.
  • Keep accounting accounts reconciled and investigate variances or unreconciled items.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and supporting information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of accounting and finance processes.
  • Prepare proposed supplier payments.
  • Reconcile supplier account statements.
  • Analyze and forecast accounts payable balances.
  • Provide financial information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience with account reconciliation and analysis, accounting entries, and financial close processes.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of SAP, TR4, NCGA, IFRS, and R2R/S2P processes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
  • Knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting controls.
  • Initiative and autonomy in carrying out responsibilities.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong willingness to keep learning.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage urgent matters.
