International Development Program and Project Data Analyst

Analyze international development program data for ProSidian Consulting’s government clients. Evaluate indicators, validate sensitive datasets, and create Excel reports, dashboards, and network models.

Description

  • Monitor programs and evaluate impact for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services
  • Evaluate indicators for validity, reliability, timeliness, precision, and integrity
  • Analyze project data
  • Update annual Excel reports from grantees
  • Create dashboards and network models
  • Conduct data quality checks and clarify emerging patterns
  • Maintain indicator dictionaries and reporting templates
  • Record analytical assumptions and methodologies
  • Separate personally identifiable information and support accessible analyses and visualizations
  • Deliver management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and business program and project management services
  • Support clients including the U.S. Department of Labor and Bureau of International Labor Affairs
  • Complete technical reviews led by the Lead Evaluator

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with data quality assessment, indicator analysis, spreadsheet maintenance, and documented analysis of sensitive program data
  • A bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, economics, or a related field is recommended
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel
  • Experience cleaning data
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
  • Ability to create reproducible workflows
  • Dashboard design experience
  • Commitment to accuracy, reproducibility, confidentiality, and clear communication of analytical limitations
  • Ability to maintain indicator dictionaries, reporting templates, and documented analytical assumptions
  • Ability to separate personally identifiable information and support accessible analytical outputs and visualizations
  • Experience in government and public services is sought
  • English is the language used at the work site
