Innovation PMO Consultant at Motiva

Lead innovation portfolio management, budgeting, and governance at Motiva. Support mobility infrastructure operations spanning highways, railways, and airports.

Description

  • Coordinate and operationalize information on innovation programs, projects, and initiatives across business units, platforms, and the holding company.
  • Maintain a single, accurate, and current view of Motiva’s innovation portfolio.
  • Track project scope, timelines, quality, costs, benefits, and key deliverables.
  • Manage the placement of initiatives within the innovation process’s governance gates.
  • Surface project risks, variances, and required course corrections to support informed decisions.
  • Plan and run the Innovation Committee’s agenda, including its materials, routines, and information.
  • Develop tactical and management reporting for portfolio reviews, approvals, and executive discussions.
  • Oversee the innovation department’s budget, approvals, and follow-up activities.
  • Track performance indicators, deliverables, and the quality of governance, portfolio, and information-management processes.
  • Partner with platform innovation PMOs to strengthen integration and two-way information alignment.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree.
  • Completed or in-progress postgraduate specialization is an advantage.
  • Experience in project management, PMO, project portfolio management, or governance.
  • Knowledge of finance, planning, project management, and portfolio management.
  • Ability to consolidate information, structure analysis, and produce executive materials.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across tactical and management levels.
  • Ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Basic Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
