Description

  • Build and deploy analytics solutions that enable self-service reporting for sales and functional leaders
  • Assess business priorities and stakeholder needs to define effective analytical solutions
  • Create, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards based on financial and operational metrics
  • Promote analytics solutions and critical-thinking practices across the organization
  • Design data structures that combine multiple sources for detailed analysis and performance dashboards
  • Support solution rollouts through standard work, training, and ongoing assistance for business teams
  • Conduct regular customer demonstrations using an agile delivery approach
  • Establish and document analytics standards and best practices
  • Develop and present complex, tailored analyses to senior leadership and field offices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline such as engineering, computer science, information technology, statistics, finance, or economics, or equivalent experience
  • Two to four years of experience developing analytics solutions
  • Experience creating data visualizations with Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with data transformation tools such as Alteryx or Dataiku is highly desirable, or willingness to learn
  • Experience using cloud infrastructure, including writing SQL queries
  • Ability to assess solutions from the customer’s perspective
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare and analyze data to generate customer insights
  • Ability to produce clear, meaningful, and easy-to-interpret visualizations
  • Ability to select the appropriate tool for each business problem
  • Willingness to learn new tools and techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
