- Meet and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Keep CRM records and pipeline information accurate and current.
- Share frontline feedback to improve ELVTR programs and the sales playbook.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales success, preferably in high-ticket or consultative selling.
- Confidence with prospecting and initiating conversations independently.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to establish trust quickly and respond effectively to objections.
- Working knowledge of CRMs and contemporary sales tools.
- Strong organization and time management when working under pressure.
- Ownership of sales performance and dedication to ongoing improvement.
